The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) is creating an endowed scholarship in Joe McInerney’s name in recognition of his decades of service to the hospitality industry. We invite you to be a contributor to this effort, which is being led by Tom Hewitt, chairman of the board, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and by John Russell, CEO, CampusBrands. The fund is being administered by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation (AH&LEF).
American Express has generously offered $25,000 in matching funds to kick start this drive. All gifts to the scholarship are tax deductible.
Thank you for your support of AH&LA and the Joe McInerney Scholarship Fund, which will mold hoteliers of tomorrow by giving them the opportunity to be forever linked to an industry icon. We’re looking forward to naming the first scholarship recipients in 2014.
